SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details, including tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays, as postal services are unavailable.
SHIPPING
All orders shipped by Buried Deep include tracking information, regardless of shipping method.
Expedited shipping offers faster delivery and priority handling and is recommended for international orders requiring reduced transit time.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All orders are shipped from France. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders are declared at full retail value on shipping documentation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a significant error has been made in the garment description.
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed with Buried Deep are final once submitted. We do not accept order cancellations or modifications after purchase. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. While we may attempt to assist before dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.
LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN PACKAGES
Buried Deep is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
In the event of a lost parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the selected shipping carrier. Refunds are not issued by Buried Deep; once the parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, the shipping provider will issue compensation or a refund in accordance with their policies.
FAILED DELIVERY / UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Orders will not be refunded if delivery fails due to incorrect address details or if a parcel is not collected from a pickup point. If the parcel is returned to us, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense, including additional shipping costs.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
All garments are measured flat and by hand. Please note there may be a 1–2cm variance in measurements due to the manual measuring process. Some garments may be pinned or clipped on models for styling purposes — please refer to listed measurements rather than fit on model.
If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please reach out before purchasing, as we are happy to assist.
PRICING
Buried Deep reserves the right to revisit, adjust, or change pricing at any time as market value fluctuates and as time passes. Prices are not guaranteed to remain the same once an item has been listed or cataloged.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All original images, text, and content created by Buried Deep are the property of Buried Deep and are protected by copyright.
Runway images are sourced from third-party platforms (including Vogue Runway) and are used for reference purposes only. We do not claim ownership of runway imagery.
If you believe your content has been used incorrectly or without permission, please contact us and we will address the matter promptly.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected by Buried Deep is kept secure and confidential. We use customer information to communicate with you, process orders, screen for fraud or risk, and provide information related to our products.
Buried Deep reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice.
STYLIST PULLS
We do not allow stylist pulls. As a functioning store fulfilling orders daily, it is not possible to reserve items. If you have a special request, feel free to email us — if it aligns with the store’s interests, we are open to discussion.
SELL WITH US
We are happy to buy or sell select items. Please note we follow a strict curation process. If you are interested, email us with clear, direct, and detailed information regarding your item(s). Submissions that do not align with our focus will not be considered.
PAYMENT PLANS
We understand some customers may need flexibility. Please email us to discuss potential payment plans for desired purchases. Approval is at our discretion.
